➤ You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later.
➤ To be able to benefit from Member fees, please consult the BEC ISEVS website.
➤ Student fee applies to those who are studying full-time for an undergraduate or a master's degree. It does not apply to anyone who receives a salary related to their studies. It is mandatory to provide a proof of student status. All documents will be reviewed manually.
➤ If you have not received a confirmation of your registration within a week, please check your spam folder or contact us by e-mail.
➤ If you wish to make any changes to your registration you can contact us via e-mail.
➤ Please fill out this form and submit it to the Registration Secretariat for processing.
Once your registration is submitted and processed by the Registration Secretariat, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that will contain your registration data. Should you find any discrepancy, instead of registering again, please contact the Registration Secretariat.
➤ Please use only Latin characters without accented ones. Please consider the spelling, since the information provided here will be used for your badge name.
➤ Fields marked with (*) are mandatory.
➤ Participants requiring a visa for entry to Bulgaria are strongly advised to make their application at least two months before the intended date of travel. The letter of invitation does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizers to provide financial support. To assist with the visa application process, we will provide you with a letter of invitation. It will be sent to you by email once the payment for the registration fee has been received.

✘ Free cancellation of the hotel reservation in writing is possible by 13th of September 2019
✘ For cancellation of the hotel reservations in writing by October 11th the 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
✘ Cancellations made after by October 11th will not be refunded.
A registration confirmation/receipt will be sent by email after the Registration Secretariat has received the fully completed online registration form, the related payment and any necessary documentation. Participants may be requested to present this registration confirmation/receipt at the registration counter as proof of their registration and payment.
